My Approach
Book your intake
The first step is an online intake (approx. 45 min) where we discuss your background, current training, and goals as a runner. Whether you’re just starting out or if you’re a well seasoned runner, I create a clear and realistic path forward tailored to you.
One on one coaching
Each month, we connect either in person or online. In these sessions we review your training, address any challenges, and set clear goals for the next phase. This ongoing contact ensures your plan stays aligned with your progress, lifestyle, and needs.
Always on the run
All workouts are delivered through TrainingPeaks and synced directly to your sports watch, so you always know exactly what session is planned and how to execute it. This gives you clear structure, precise guidance and the confidence to train with purpose. It also allows me to track your progression closely and work effectively toward your goals. No junk miles, just training that supports long-term performance.
