Track meet

A one-on-one session where we get to work together in real time. From mobility and strength exercises to running drills, technique work, and interval training. Every session is tailored to your goals, experience level, and current training phase. Approx. 75-90 min.


Intervals & application

We finish with tailored interval training on the track, applying everything in practice to build fitness, speed and endurance based on your current goals.
Also possible to do in groups.


My Approach

We start with mobility exercises and activation work to prepare your body for training and reduce the risk of injury.


Technique & drills

Next, we work on running drills and technique focused exercises to improve your form, efficiency and movement patterns.


Warm-up
